Akash Construction has been providing Construction Management services since its inception in 2019.We have assumed the CM role on many industrial, commercial and institutional projects over the years.In addition to traditional Construction management, Campbell Construction has also served as a Design-Build Construction Manager.

Design-Build Construction Management is a method of project delivery in which one entity forges a single contract with the owner to provide architectural, engineering and construction management services.The design-build entity is both the designer and the construction manager of record.The Design-Build CM assumes the responsibilities and risks of cost, schedule, quality, and management of the entire project.

In this project delivery system, Akash Construction does not utilize its staff of trade people but rather subcontacts the entire project.Our role is to perform/oversee the design/engineering of the project, manage the bidding process, select subcontractors/suppliers for the project, obtain all permits and then direct the day-to-day activities on-site untli the project is completed to the owner's satisfaction.

A general contractor is responsible for providing all of the management, material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of a project.

At Akash Construction this is the heart of what we have been doing since 2009.We take this a few steps further by being a Self-Performing Design-Build General Contractor.We self-perform utility installation, excavation, masonry, concrete, steel erection, carpentry, siding and roofing,we feel the practice of self-performing trade work leads to a more consistent level of quality and shorter project schedules.

When we do subcontract, we have h3 relationships with some of the most respected subcontractors in the region and seamlessly incorporate their services into our projects.

Construction Services

A lot of construction companies claim to offer construction services but don’t have the ability to provide these services with in-house craftsmen.This can be a problem especially when it comes time for warranty or maintenance work.

At Akash Construction we self-perform most trades including, utility installation, excavation, concrete, masonry, carpentry, steel erection, siding and roofing.

By having in-house construction services, we can provide uninterrupted work flow at our job sites and are able to provide warranty work and maintenance services in an economical and timely manner.
